Today Arfred is serving Islla St Brewing – Breaddie Mercury, a 5.5% sour with banana puree, dark chocolate, banana bread and walnut. It actually did remind me of my mom’s banana nut bread. But that can art – I really wish Freddie Mercury was still around. I would have loved to see what Queen did over the last 30 years with their iconic frontman. What a legend! If you haven’t seen Bohemian Rhapsody, please go watch it – Rami Malek did a fantastic job portraying Freddie. Not gonna lie, the recreated Live Aid performance had me tearing up.
