Today Arfred is serving Dry Dock Brewing – Vanilla Porter, a 5.4% porter with vanilla beans. Man, what a surprise this can turned out to be. With the beans added after fermentation, this is quite possibly the smoothest vanilla porter I have ever had. You know how they say if you have vanilla taste it means plain or uninteresting? Well they’ve never tried this beer. Cisco recommends when life gives you vanilla beans, make beer (he stole that from Dry Dock) .
