Did you hate it? Yeah, so I still love it. The spectacular sequences of Emily Browning and gang kicking ass to a soundtrack of awesome covers, how could you not love that? Ok, so there’s the other extremely uncomfortable side of the movie featuring the subjugation of women alongside the evils of archaic asylum practices, such as lobotomies. Unfortunately that shit is very real so we can’t just sweep it under the rug. Cisco still wishes Babydoll had a happy ending.
