Today Arfred is serving Islla St – The Pandalorian, a 5.5% pan dulce sour with coconut, strawberry, vanilla and sponge cake. Modeled after a Niño Envuelto (Mexican jelly roll), this beer is outstanding. Let’s be honest, I would have bought it for the can art alone, but I was happily blown away by the taste. This is easily one of my top 3 Islla favorites. A fitting pair for one of my top 3 shows in recent memory. The Mandalorian has been such a blast. The original trilogy may have made Boba Fett look badass, but it wasn’t until this series that he BECAME a badass! Cisco recommends giving Disney all your money and saying thank you.
