Today Arfred is serving Prairie Ales – Paradise, a 13% imperial stout brewed with coconut and vanilla. Love the 80’s-style label depicting a sunny coastal paradise. Pretty picture, but it’s all a facade – every “paradise” has its hidden flaws people don’t want to acknowledge. Same is true for pretty much any city, think of all the homeless faces we pass on the street and pretend not to see. Ignoring problems doesn’t make them go away. Sorry, getting off the soapbox – FYI this beer is an exception to the rule, paradise through and through. Cisco recommends choosing kindness over indifference.
