Today Arfred is serving Einstok – Icelandic Lime & Juniper Pils, a 4.8% pilsner brewed with lime and Icelandic juniper berries. Well, the can wasn’t kidding when they said this is a craft beer like no other. It’s original AF, but it’s not for me. They totally nailed the gin and tonic, but I had one of those teenage alcohol-poisoning nights with gin where your body creates a defense mechanism afterwards and you hate the smell/taste for life. Cisco recommends never mixing grenadine with a handle of gin.
