Today Arfred is serving Lakewood Brewing – Salted Caramel Temptress, a 9.1% imperial stout brewed with lactose, vanilla, natural caramel flavor, and sea salt. This may be my favorite Temptress so far. FYI the label says it pairs well with in-laws. Yeah, I imagine 9% beer will get you through any in-law interaction. Honestly I think I lucked out in that department – I haven’t had any problems with mine. Ok, so maybe they live in Australia and I rarely see them, but I stand by my statement. Then again, family does inevitably breed conflict, so maybe far away is safe. Cisco recommends distance over drama.
