Today Arfred is serving Prairie Ales – Pumpkin Kerfuffle, a 8.2% imperial sour with pumpkin pie spice blend and toasted marshmallow flavor. I’m a sucker for pumpkin pie, however I’m a purist and I don’t like toppings like whipped cream or marshmallow. I always thought it was unnecessary, but this beer may have just changed my mind. The toasted marshmallow flavor was a really nice companion to the pumpkin pie flavor and now I’m rethinking my whole stance on my favorite pie. Thanks for turning my world upside down Prairie
